Huronia
Kids of Steel (KOS) is part of the KOS series coordinated by the Ontario
Association of Triathletes (OAT). KOS events are designed to offer
children and youth between the ages of 6 - 15 years of age an
opportunity to participate in the sport of triathlon. Emphasis is
on fun and safety. Race distances offer an achievable challenge.

RULES FOR SAFETY
& ENJOYMENT

outside assistance during the race.

drafting on the bike course.

Cycling
helmets are mandatory.

Torsos
must be covered.

Water
stations will be provided on the course.

officials will be present.

Medical
personnel will be set up on
race day.
