The
friendship wave is shorter to accommodate almost anyone wishing to try
and complete a triathlon. In the swim portion of the event,
participants are allowed the use of floatation devices such as a
lifejacket, flutterboard or water wings.

RULES FOR SAFETY
& ENJOYMENT

outside assistance during the race.

No
drafting on the bike course.

Cycling
helmets are mandatory.

Torso
must be covered.

Water
stations will be provided on the course.

Race
officials will be present.

Medical
personnel will be set up on
race day.
